Your subscription

Apple handles every Fetch subscription. To cancel or change it, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel it.

For a refund, ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't issue refunds for App Store purchases ourselves.

Your data

You can download everything Fetch keeps about you and your dog. In the app, open the Dog tab, then Privacy, then Export your data.

To delete your account and your data, open the Dog tab, then Privacy, then Account. You can also email us and we'll do it for you.

Training questions

Fetch helps you train. It is not a vet and can't diagnose your dog. If your dog seems unwell, in pain, or you're worried about biting or fear, talk to your vet or a qualified behaviour professional.
